By implementing the project, we wanted to: - to acquire new project partners for the implementation of student mobility (implementation of practical training for students in new locations), - achieve an increase in knowledge in the field of multilingualism, - acquire new knowledge in the field of economics and preschool education, - to acquire better knowledge in the field of project management, - transfer knowledge to our organization and to related organizations in the local environment and beyond, - prepare a KA2 project with project partners in the field of language development and the use of the method of sign communication, - expand the partner network, - spread the positive effects of the Erasmus+ program. We connected all the goals with the goals of the Erasmus+ program. In the project, we ensured the equality and inclusion of all participants, we used the Europass tool, we ensure free access to project materials, we attached special importance to the development of the language area, the protection and safety of the participants, we took care of the dissemination and use of the project results, and we ensured and continue to guarantee the sustainability of the project results.
We applied for this project because of the need to upgrade our knowledge in the field of preschool education and economics, because of the need to internationalize the school, because of the need for new innovative methods and forms of pedagogical work, because of the desire to connect with Slovenian minorities abroad, because of the need to upgrade language skills skills with an emphasis on sign language, because of the desire for additional knowledge about project management and because of good past experiences with international cooperation. Positive feedback from participants from past international projects and participating partner organizations from abroad, as well as their clearly expressed desire for further cooperation, was also a great motivation when applying for the project. When applying for the project, we started from the needs of the school, students and employees, and therefore we planned the activities with the support of everyone involved in the educational process - students, professors, counseling service, parents of students, secretariat and accounting, and of course the school management.
