The main objectives of the mobility project were: to gain practical experience and to integrate education and work, to build on the skills acquired at school and to transfer theoretical knowledge into practice, to train and develop specific skills and competences for the profession, to learn about new learning situations, to get to know new working tools, to learn about cooperation, teamwork and communication, and to improve their knowledge of foreign languages. The aim for teachers was to gain international experience, where teachers get information on what skills and knowledge students should acquire in the classroom for better integration into the European job market, giving teachers additional motivation for their work, in addition to improving their foreign language skills and personal growth. In addition to better skills and personal development for both students and teachers, our objectives were to improve the quality of what we already do, to exchange good practices and language learning, and to provide an opportunity for interaction between students, teachers, parents and the organisations involved in the project. The school developed cooperation with companies and other institutions. The objectives were fully achieved.
Our school's strategic development goals include participating in international projects, developing cooperation with companies both at home and abroad, and promoting practical training to improve students' skills and employability. Participation in such projects is necessity if the school is to be of high quality and competitive. We want to enable our students to acquire key competences and skills through internships in an international environment, in real workplaces in companies, better qualifications, language skills, exposure to other forms of work, cultures and environments, increased entrepreneurship and innovation, and thus the possibility of later employment in domestic and EU companies. We are constantly striving to improve cooperation at local, national and international level, developing entrepreneurship and internationalisation of the school. We want to bring the opportunity to follow innovations and good practices in companies and other organisations abroad to our home environment, thus encouraging the development of creative solutions to problems and challenges in the local environment. Another need we perceive in the school is to increase students' motivation for education.
