Objectives

The basic goal of the project was to enable students and teachers to experience work and education in an international environment in order to acquire professional competences and lifelong skills. Within this, we wanted to cover four key areas – new knowledge for new jobs, promoting social inclusion, improving education and the educational process, and ensuring the promotion of lifelong learning through mobility. By participating in the project, we enable participants to actively integrate into the social environment, develop intercultural acceptance and learn the value of formally and informally acquired knowledge. By focusing on the more vulnerable groups of students, we make it possible particularly for individuals who would otherwise not get these opportunities. At the same time, students and teachers who return to school after mobility bring invaluable experience and ideas for future work, changes in work and learning processes, environmental protection ...

Background

The Erasmus + KA102 project ‘Collaborative and integrative to global competences’ was primarily aimed at building professional competences, training students for independent and creative work. Once again, we wanted to offer the students of our programs and their teachers the opportunity to get to know the working environment and their future work with employers in Spain and Portugal. The experience of getting to know and adapting to other cultures as well as communication and organizational skills are also invaluable. At the same time, we wanted to ensure through the project an equal opportunity to include more vulnerable groups of students in the international environment and professional training. Integration into the international environment also enables teachers to follow the learning guidelines of the European labour market, a more holistic view of education, the inclusion of new, more inclusive and ecological practices in teaching and fostering a culture of lifelong education.
