One of the project goals we pursued was the strengthening and upgrading of the existing network of partners and the acquisition of new partners. In addition to student mobility, we also wanted to involve teachers and employers, in terms of deepening cooperation and raising the quality of the teacher-mentor from the company. We strengthened the ability of teachers to teach in a foreign language and to participate in projects and mentoring. We wanted to expand the activities to all educational programs in which we educate students. We also tried to develop the specific knowledge of students in individual programs. We found that our educational programs are more broadly based than programs in partner countries, which to some extent makes it impossible to obtain a specific professional qualification. With this aim in mind, we tried to offer students mobility and learning with partners, which enable them to obtain such specific professional qualifications. We also wanted to increase the number of visiting teachers and students from our partner schools. We see hosting from abroad as an opportunity for the development of our organization, as the partners' initiatives often go beyond our current framework. Our aim was also to encourage our local environment, as the involvement of mentors and teachers represents motivation, and the students are also more motivated in most cases. We wanted to include as many students as possible (even less motivated ones) because in this way they will have experience that will come in handy in their further work and studies.
Our school has been successfully participating in Erasmus+ programs for many years. We managed to successfully integrate the effects of previously completed projects into the work of the organization, both at the level of teaching and cooperation with local companies. All this contributed to raising the quality of school work and changing the organization. One of the good practices developed in previous project activities was establishing an "internal project on engineering school programs" implemented in the school, with strong support from local companies. They supported us both with knowledge, mentoring and with certain necessary material. With the Sinergija project, we wanted to continue and upgrade the practice. We wanted to focus mainly on students, teachers - mentors, and employers. We addressed vocational and professional education challenges in terms of seeking synergy between all stakeholders.
