By training youth workers, we wanted to offer them new knowledge and competences for working with young people, also in an international environment, and thereby contribute to the development of personnel and organizations. We wanted to bring the participants closer to other cultures, work with young people from different backgrounds, work with young people with fewer opportunities and acquire and recognize competencies that they could record in Youthpass. We wanted to bring learning closer to the participants through informal work methods and present different ways of learning different topics. The goals of the project are, in addition to education, drawing attention to the problem of intolerance and discrimination, recognizing only this, involving young people and thus promoting individual responsibility, recognizing signs of discrimination, encouraging young people to tolerance and active European citizenship, establishing a dialogue between young people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, longer-term integration and cooperation of participants and organizations and the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities and new organizations.
