RIS Dvorec Rakičan hosted a youth exchange with the title "ROMANO DROM", which brought together young people from Slovenia, Romania, Lithuania, Italy and Slovakia. During the project, young people got to know the Roma culture, tradition, customs, cuisine, dance and the problems they face in everyday life. From the very beginning, young people learned about the Erasmus + Youth in Action programme, the history of Roma minority and Roma people, the situation of the Roma in each of the participating countries and good practices in each country. They also got acquainted with good practices in Pomurje, especially in Murska Sobota and the surrounding area. In cooperation with Radio Romic, we visited their radio and the Roma Museum in Murska Sobota.
