With this project, we wanted to carry out our parthership from previous project of strategic partnership and upgrade it with new project idea. The idea comes from the already established partnership “E-tick - ethical communication for young volunteers”. We saw great potential for the partners to continue their cooperation and also to upgrade the E-tick project. We see this form of non-classic mobility as a big added value to our organisation and it is already third feasibility visit that lead us to submission of new project. And also with this one we will apply project of strategical partnership to first deadline in 2022. The goals of the project are: - verify the feasibility of the KA2 project and partnership; - development and conceptual design of the project idea; - check IT solutions for E-tick upgrade; - distribution of roles for further work between partner organizations. We wanted to encourage participants to strengthen additional competencies and skills, which contribute to the development and growth of the quality of work of all organizations. We disseminate the results of the project to other stakeholders in the field of volunteer and youth work and encourage them to use non-classical forms of mobility, which can respond very specifically to the needs of organizations. We promoteed the use of English, intercultural communication, listening and understanding of representatives of other cultures, the search for synergies and joint initiatives in an international context. The project's bjectives also relate to the objectives of the Erasmus + program as it pursues the objectives of ET 2020 (improving the quality and effectiveness of education and raining, approaching the idea in a creative and innovative way).
