We want to use challenges in nature to empower young people for cooperation in different teams, raise their project management competences and make them excited to use this experience to become more active members of their communities. Project objectives: 1. Implement 6 days long international youth exchange for 30 young people, aged 14-16 years from Germany, Romania and Slovenia. 2. Equip participants with the team work and project management competences by the level that they will start initiating ideas for different community projects, start implementing those ideas and seek for help of youth workers when needed. 3. Reach previous objective through outdoor activities, spend at least 6 hours per day outside, regardless the weather and equip participants with the key competences to safely spend their free time in nature.
