The project was aimed at the development of professional, managerial, didactic and language competences of pedagogical staff and school management with the aim of innovating their pedagogical activities for the benefit of pupils. By completing project activities, we also wanted to increase the readiness of employees for the active creation of international projects. We enabled our pedagogical staff better acces to foreign information sources through improved language competences. The management of the school was able to improve its managerial skills in the field of human resources management, creation of a suitable working climate, and inclusive education. An important goal of the project was to incorporate trends and experiences from the EU into own school educational programs and improvement of managerial and organizational competences and internationalization strategy. The intention of the school management was to increase the mobility of teaching staff and increase their motivation for lifelong learning. We planned to enable teaching staff to find contacts for their own activities with pupils and thus contribute to a better understanding of EU values and acceptance of linguistic and cultural diversity.
We have prepared a project for the competences development of the teaching staff of the United School. The school supports international activities of its employees and it cooperates intensively with employers regarding the modernization of the school educational program.The purpose of the project was the possibility of transferring experience from educational activities for the purpose of innovation of the school educational program, methods and forms of education, mainly in the field of working with students with individual requirements, inclusive education, student evaluation and human resources management. Participation in the project is a convenient form of lifelong learning of employees and it motivates them to furhter increase of their competencies. The motive of implementation was also a further expansion of existing partnership.
