Through the project activities we continued in achieving the 2019 European development plan and fulfilling the needs and objectives of inner school analysis employed in the previous years. We focused on the quality improvement in several key areas: school management, project management, soft skills development, inclusion, classroom management, area of prevention, quality enhancement in environmental education, networking of school and European cooperation.
The motive to apply for the project arose from the motivation of teachers to continue in the educational activities. Partially we continued in the previous Erasmus plus project activities and the European development plan, but we also addressed the school needs resulting from the inner analysis that we had employed. The other reason for applying for the project was the motivation of teachers to take part in the courses, to meet and exchange experiences with teachers from around Europe. Planned structured courses became a part of the school’s professional development plan. In addition, we achieved one of the school’s objectives which is its participation in international projects within European context.
