We have divided our objectives into four areas. The first goal was to increase teachers' competences in the field of education of pupils with special needs. The number of pupils with special needs is increasing, and with this comes the need to improve the educational level of teachers working with pupils with SEN. We also wanted to improve the results of pupils with special needs. The second task was to increase teachers' competences in the field of innovative methods of education. The emphasis was on the use of ICT. We wanted ICT to be used not only as a presentation tool but also as a teaching tool. The third objective was to train school management, subject committee leaders and coordinators in the field of management and working with staff, their motivation and cooperation. We wanted to learn from the educational functioning and specific schools abroad. The fourth aim was to promote the school positively. We wanted to raise awareness of the school - with up-to-date articles and posts on social media, redesigning the website, publishing articles in the local media. To achieve this goal, we also involved the school in international long and short-term projects.
The aim of the project was to get even closer to our medium to long term vision, which we have already approached with the last KA1 project, but also with the ongoing parallel KA2 project. Our vision was and is a School for All, providing a safe environment, learning for life, cooperation at all levels (pupils, teachers, professional staff, parents, community, public), help and support for those in need, acceptance and respect for individuality, environmental literacy. In the preparation of the project we identified key needs and objectives. Through the School for All 2 project, we mainly wanted to strengthen the competences of teachers in the field of education of pupils with SEN, improve the competences of staff in the field of innovative approaches to teaching and education. The third objective was to advance the school management, subject committee leaders and coordinators in the area of management and work with staff. Positive promotion of the school and its image in the eyes of parents, the community, the school community and the local society was the fourth objective of the project.
