Completion of the planned courses and the subsequent sharing of proven procedures would make it possible to achieve a higher level of teaching of different subjects in English language, preparation and use of relevant materials for teaching CLIL. Last but not least, the opportunity to connect experiences within the management and leadership of the school. All staff members and, consequently, the students would also benefit from the individual development of the teachers. In part of the courses, we planned to strengthen communication skills primarily aimed at improving the level of English and then using this knowledge to use materials in the English language in the teaching of other subjects.
A modern school of the 21st century must take advantage of all possibilities to support the development of its individual members and workers and thus implement high-quality education of students. In the case of a secondary grammar school, it is necessary to improve functioning in all areas - in the educational process (contact with students), in the wider context of activities (contact with parents of students, with other educational institutions, as well as wider cooperation within the local community or self-government). We submitted a project focused on the development of communication through educational mobilities with the aim to improve the ability to effectively connect knowledge focusing on context based learning, cross-subject comparison and application, which leads to the effective utilization of student education. Emphasis is placed on advanced strategies, creation of relevant and creative materials and their effective practical use.
