Our main goal was to improve the quality and modernize the teaching process, improve the methodology and didactics of all subjects, make teacher's work more efficient so it corresponds to the latest trends in education. We wanted to improve the quality of different vocational subjects (e.g. Training company or Economy practical class), to bring innovations to the regional competition "The best business plan" and to support students' creativity and motivation in starting their own business. In order to improve students' ICT skills, we set a goal to modernize education with the newest apps and actual trends in E-learning, which would make the teaching process at our school for students more attractive. Regarding foreign languages we wanted to ensure that our teachers can use a wide number of activities and teaching strategies, already verified abroad and to keep the individual approach at the same time. We felt the need to gain new information and experience about education in other countries. Moreover, by this project we wanted to improve the communication skills of the management of the school and to train one project management member to strengthen the position of our school and facilitate the creation of new partnerships.
We applied for this project because of the need for continuous improvement and modernisation of teaching process. We try to provide quality education for our students that will respond to demands of labour market and which will prepare them for university studies or for their future profession. This is only possible with professionally trained teachers who use the latest modern methods and approaches in the teaching process. Erasmus+ programme offered us the opportunity to send our teachers to experience foreign mobilities. Thanks to these mobilities we were able fulfil our goals. As a secondary vocational school, we emphasize efficiency and improving of teaching process of vocational and general subjects as well. That's the reason why we decided to send teachers from different departments on mobilities. It allowed us to cover various subjects. Moreover, we wanted to involve a member of school's management to improve his level of English to be able to communicate and cooperate with foreign partners, which is a necessity in European partnership cooperation. Additionally, we wanted to improve our project management to strengthen the position of our school in the field of international cooperation.
