By implementing this project we wanted to improve the level of knowledge, skills, competence of the participants – teachers of OATO in various fields, which are relevant for their work position, with the aim to make the teaching process more effective and of a higher quality as well as extending our project team.
Business Academy (OATO) tries to meet the long and short term goals declared in the Strategic plan of the development of the school. We applied for the project because its main aim and specific goals are in accordance with the goals of the Strategic plan and the project helps us to achieve the given goals. We applied for the project because mobility of teachers and courses they were supposed to attend contribute to the modernization and internationalization of the school and to the improvement of the quality of education, raises the reputation and competition of the school and increases the interest of the applicants to apply for studies at our school.
