The main goal of our project was to provide the teachers with a broader understanding of education methods of teaching, policies and education systems in different countries. Also, we wanted our teachers to exchange experiences with colleagues in the field of approach and way of learning English as a foregn languague. In addition, we wanted to transform the school environment itself by introducing innovative methods that arouse students' interest in acquiring knowledge and motivate them to lifelong learning. It was obvious that the introduction of innovative methods required a new approach – the teachers will be more coaches than teachers and will guide the students and help them meet their graduation requirements.

That is why we pay great attention to foreign languages education. Also, the teacher is the most important factor in the teaching process, therefore a support must be given to his professional growth and motivation in further education aimed at acquiring and developing the competencies needed for teaching in accordance the latest trends. We used the project as an opportunity to provide teachers with adequate education in innovative methods of work and give them the opportunity to grow professionally and personally and become disseminators of new approaches and methodologies in the school environment.
