We wanted: - to enable our students to work in a foreign language environment and gain unique professional experience in various fields; - to gain skills in areas closely related to the school of business department; - to improve language skills, improve the terminology of their field in English, develop communication skills in interaction with co-workers, superiors and guests; - to get to know the culture of another country.
Since we come from a region with a high unemployment rate, our students have quite limited options where they could acquire practical skills within the framework of professional practice and this project would allow them to develop knowledge already acquired with knowledge from the international work environment which would bring them many positives in their future working lives. We want our students to have a personal experience with the work environment in foreign language country, to get acquainted with working methods through their own experience, to be forced to communicate in foreign language and to continue to use the gained experience in their study and ordinary life.
