By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve, above all, an increase in the professional and language competences of participants from individual fields of study. The main areas of improvement that we anticipated through the implementation of the project: - improvement of the organizational competences of the employees involved in the project - improving the use of professional terminology by using it in context, during work activities in a large company, where students must react accurately and promptly in given situations during work - European dimension - development of professional competences of students and teachers, adoption of EU standards used in large, internationally recognized companies - growth of self-confidence of students, teachers, school, - greater openness to mobility, Europe, - motivating students' professional growth, - new technical and technological methods in teaching - integration of acquired knowledge and experience into teaching, - variability and individualization of teaching, - establishing cooperation with various schools and companies at home and abroad, - access to high-quality (dual) interest education and leisure activities for students from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
One of the key priorities of the school is to raise the level and quality of education at the school as well as in the region to European dimensions so that they meet the European standard and requirements of the labour market. We consider participation in foreign mobility to be the best means of achieving this goal. Thanks to the mobility program of the European Union, students were given the opportunity to work with innovative technology in a company that has a leading position within the host country. Our school is able to integrate knowledge from the field of innovations, used equipment, necessary methods, production standards as well as other acquired professional competences into the education process, which is a prerequisite for raising the level of education on a European scale. A prerequisite for achieving the above-mentioned facts is the building and development of cooperation with foreign partner organizations for the purpose of exchanging knowledge and experience.
