Background

By gaining a financial grant, we have made it possible to maintain consistency in the school´s innovations in the long term. The lack of social and professional competences of students will be eliminated by increasing the quality of vocational education and training (VET) by traveling participants to foreign, high-quality professional facilities that meet the conditions for VET students. By completing VET in an international environment, our students will get acquainted with the latest modern procedures. We wanted to strengthen multiculturalism, tolerance, cooperation in teams and argumentation among students by completing foreign mobilities. The project allows us to: - support the internationalization of our organization, - link the requirements of the labour market with the educational outcomes and professional qualifications that DFT and DVS students acquire after graduation, - give teaching staff access to the latest information, which teachers subsequently have the opportunity to pass on to their student, - at the meeting of the subject commisions, the other teachers will also get acquainted with the result of the mobilities and a discussion will be allowed, - strengthening the inclusion of students, disadvantaged teachers.
