Our goal in the project was: - connecting theoretical education with real professional practice in companies; - innovation and modernization of the educational process due to the onset of "INDUSTRY 4.0"; - emphasis on students' readiness for inclusion in the work team in real practice; - development of students' soft skills in accordance with the requirements of employers; - increasing the level of students' communication in a professional foreign language.
By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve better preparation of our graduates for employment on the labor market. The way to achieve this goal is to improve the quality of vocational education, especially the connection of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of our students, as well as increasing the readiness of our students for the European labor market.
