Based on the above mentioned needs, the following objectives have been echieved by implementation of this project: - Strengthening the teaching methods and tools of the teachers (teacher, lecturer, trainer, supervisor) and, as a consequence, strengthening the quality of education provided by the educational institution in order to modernize the educational process, but also to respond to the needs of students or pupils and to the challenges of the digital age. - Creation of educational materials in digital form to support learning practices, thereby enhancing the exchange of good practice and cooperation between other teachers. - Educating students with modern resources and tools that prepare them for the future workplaces. - Strengthening the European dimension of the educational institution: 1) by expanding partnerships at European level; 2) providing mobility opportunities for students and teachers to help them expand their knowledge and gain intercultural approaches and international experience.
Our times are characterised by rapid change and restructuring in the field of work and society, which inevitably leads to the need for a different approach to educational matters. Modern learning and the education system are called upon and committed to preparing their students and pupils to live and work in a digital, globalised and multicultural environment. The role of the teachers is thus more complex and multidimensional in this era. Therefore, the teachers, trainers and lecturers of our educational organisation, taking into account the changes in the role of the modern education, as well as the potential provided by the rapid development of technology in the field of education, have incorporated into the educational activities a continuous dynamic process of systematic inquiry and self-evaluation of the educational process. The results of our analysis identify these needs for the project application: 1) Acquisition of new knowledge and skills by teachers and trainers to be incorporated into the curriculum and learning processes; 2) Promoting social inclusion through education; 3) Strengthening the European dimension of education.
