In the current project application, we focus on our needs of professional development of school management and teachers in the area of creating attractive programs, which enable the school to fit in and exist in the context and space of the EU. Education mobilities for teachers with various partners across the EU were selected with an emphasis of widening and modernising our schools portfolio in the segment of e learning and distance learning of our clients. By including DELTA modules of Cambridge Assessment English, we want to build on our academics´ existing qualification with a programme required and priced by the IHWO network of schools, to which we belong. We are also looking to create the conditions to fulfil pre-requisites of offering these modules as a part of our portfolio. Through this project, we also look to reduce staff fluctuation. By adding new educative programmes into our offer, we expect to gain a more stable team and a higher capacity.
An effort to fulfil the goals set in our European development plan and based on our good experience from realising the previous project have led the project team to submit a new project application. We constantly monitor the development in the area of language learning in Slovakia and abroad and we try to apply the observed conclusions pro-actively. We strive for constant modernisation of our school through projects. We have discovered that we receive fascinating inputs and ideas for modernisation through international co-operation and specifically through sharing best practice with our partners abroad in the areas of professional development of our staff.
