By implementing the project, we wanted to improve our organizational skills as a matter of priority and to acquire more successfully working organizations in the preparation of courses, mainly focused on crafts and culture or history. In our region, no organization offers international education courses, so we took advantage of the opportunity.
The goal of the project and mobilities was to complete individual types of mobilities in the form of courses, to find out how mobilities take place, as we joined the mobility program for the first time and, based on the experience gained, to reevaluate our options and offer educational courses and mobilities for international participants. Our priority was the program, methods, course management, pre-preparation, cooperation at the local level or the satisfaction of the participants themselves up to the improvement of skills.
