The main goal of this and the previous projects was to make our school an innovative school that educates professionals who are in demand on the European labor market. On the other hand we wanted to achieve the goals of the European Internationalization Strategy. In order to have an important place in the European school network, we have established active partnerships with other schools and organizations. The pedagogical process is led by a teacher who uses the latest trends from the seminars and internships in the EU and encourages pupils' creativity and motivation. With this project we managed to increase the number of graduates who have already had their first experience abroad, to train qualified professionals and we created conditions for students to increase their level of language skills in English / Spanish / French / Italian language. As a school, we have gained an important place in the school network in Europe and we are credible for foreign partners as well as domestic schools and institutions. This is also evidenced by the increase in offers for cooperation. We also increased the qualification level of the teachers and provided them with space to acquire new knowledge abroad.
This project is the completion of a 7-year period of the European Internationalization Strategy. We applied for it because we have good experience with foreign mobilities. The students who participated in Erasmus+ project activities in the past, are more experienced, confident and better prepared for the labor market. We also have positive experience with the teacher mobilities. They have brought new methods and forms of teaching , knowledge and information, they are more motivated. Foreign mobilities also reduce the incidence of burnout. As with previous projects, we contribute to maintaining the image of the school with this project. Our school is known as a school that provides a part of its vocational education abroad and the teachers are also educated abroad. Based on interviews with the students and teachers, we found that vocational training abroad is much more effective than training in our region. With this project, we wanted to continue this trend and achieve the goals of our European Internationalization Strategy.
