The goal was to increase professional competences in the field of mechatronics and to gain new experience, to incorporate the shared knowledge into the teaching process, so that the pupils could apply the new knowledge in their future work. The target group was 14 pupils of the second year of the school from the Mechatronics department. We can conclude that the project was successful, the pupils tested whether they are able to apply in companies their theoretical and professional knowledge obtained at school. The teachers who accompanied them acquired new social and professional contacts, their knowledge horizon was broadened, which they apply in their everyday pedagogical practice. The project not only benefited the pupils themselves, but also increased the prestige and rating of the school and contributed to the improvement of the curriculum material.
We applied for the project in order to gain new experience and knowledge from another European country, and to allow pupils from another department of our school, Mechatronics, to take part in the mobility. We set ourselves goals and we met them. In the past, we have already had similar mobilities in other departments at our school and the response and results have been very positive. The mobility in Palma de Mallorca was carried out from 22.05.2022 - 04.06.2022 in collaboration with the partner company: ELE USAL MALLORCA SL, represented by Adriana Blaščíková. It was attended by 14 pupils and 2 teachers. The placement in the companies and the professionalism of the whole internship was provided by the partner organization. The list of companies is attached.
