The aim of the project was to create conditions for implementation of the mobility, that will enable the improvement of students' employment in international companies, to acquire professional skills and new innovative procedures and trends, which included the ability to work in the multicultural environment, to strengthen education in foreign languages at work and everyday life . They learned through their own experience how to respect cultural differences. We have achieved the transfer of new trends and innovations in professional education into practice - for students into specializations, for teachers into improving the quality of the educational process, we are introducing new procedures and examples of good practice into the school's educational system - by adjusting the School Eduational Programme in individual departments. We have expanded the international network of partners, where students and teachers of the school were sent. All realized mobilities have contributed to increasing quality and image of the school, not only at the regional, but also at the national and international level, which are important attributes of internationalization in the frame of the European Union.
The project copied the school's strategy in the international area, it was aimed at expanding the portfolio of the school's foreign partners. The international cooperation has been expanded, we gained new innovations in professional education - at the level of improving the quality of the educational process, professional education of students in individual fields of education. This is in line with goals of the European Union's external policy leading to higher employment of students, gaining professional skills, new innovative procedures, trends which include an ability to operate in the multicultural environment, to improving of foreign languages at work and everyday life. By increasing the quality of education the project reflected on the needs of industry 4.0 in the field of agriculture - mainly in vocational education, in the development of language competences, in the ability to adapt to diverse cultures and social environments, which results in qualified employees. Teachers and school students gained professional skills, experience and innovations in their field of expertise abroad. They participated in practice, meetings, workshops, competitions, that support personality development in the full context - in the field of formal, informal education and in strengthening the European dimension in education and in common life.
