The main goal of the project was to deepen knowledge and skills in the field of professional subjects of the business academy, mechanic setter, mechanic electrical engineer and mechanic mechatronics. The implementation of the project also contributed to the improvement of language and communication skills of students. In the case of teaching staff, through the project we increased their professional, didactic and methodological competences and motivated them to lifelong learning. The intention of the project was also to confront the functioning of modern engineering production, the organization of the company in Slovakia and in the target country, and to get to know the culture, mentality and way of life of the country and thus contribute to inclusion in a multicultural society. Project participants were able to develop independence, responsibility and creativity in new conditions and thus enable him to better prepare for entering the labor market with the possibility of establishing himself in the EU. The cross-cutting goal of the project was to deepen contacts with partners and extend cooperation to other target groups.
The main purpose of the project was to modernize education of the school through international cooperation. As part of the internationalization strategy, we have a long-term focus on the development of students' knowledge and skills as well as lifelong learning. The aim of the school is to improve the knowledge, skills and competences of future graduates, and thus future employees of regional companies, mainly through foreign mobility in order to acquire modern competences for which the school does not have equipment. Through international cooperation, we want to contribute to better employment of students on the local and European labor market. An important part of international cooperation is the support of lifelong education of employees for the purpose of improving professional, didactic and communication skills.
