By acquiring professional, language, personality, communication and intercultural skills and acquired personal and work contacts, we supported the integration of participants in the local, regional, national and European European labor market. By fulfilling the main goal, we achieve better professional applicability of the participants - pupils of SOŠChKaS Šaľa. When negotiating cooperation, a phase of recognition of the curriculum and educational content took place between SOŠChKaS Šaľa and partner organizations, which was confirmed in ratified Memoranda of Understanding and in the Quality Commitment with each partner organization. Among the long-term benefits of the project is the development of successful cooperation and the establishment of new contacts with partner organizations, resulting in the unification of training standards and educational outcomes, which are recognized by future employers of participants throughout the European Union. The certification of completed mobilities through the internationally recognized Europass certification system has increased the acceptance of mobility results among potential employers, especially on the European labor market.
The main goal of the project "Updating the professional skills and competences of future riders, horse breeders and service workers for the European labor market through Erasmus+ mobility" was to support the future professional profession of students of the Secondary Vocational School of Horse Breeding and Services in Šala by increasing the quality of the content of education and training, its attractiveness , expanding students' knowledge and skills. The comprehensive methodology of the system of preparation, monitoring, assessment of practical mobility, validation and evaluation of the results of mobility assessment guaranteed that the achieved educational results were verified and validated in the qualification profiles of the trainees in the environment of the sending organization. The long-term main goal of the project is to develop and improve professional education, to provide students with the opportunity to gain practical experience, knowledge and skills in the working environment and educational environment in the environment of organizations - the European educational area and the recognition of educational outputs and results in accordance with the school educational program.
