The project addressed the international topics of migration, tackling extremism, overcoming prejudices, improving critical thinking, and fortifying democratic principles and values. The project aimed to raise awareness about migration and tackle extremist ideas in secondary school areas. We raised awareness about migration and provided the procedure for combating extremism and dealing with the lack of valid information through project activities. We managed to find the answer in education. Still, we enriched of implementation of non-formal education into formal one through cooperation with NGOs at the local, national and international levels. Furthermore, we created interactive project outcomes that are broadly user-friendly in the educational process, such as the project website, PowerPoint presentations, and interactive online activities related to migration and tackling extremism. The project website carries a different name from the project name because it was the students' idea to create the logo and the website as the symbolic "UnderOneUmbrella" feature that all ethnicities, nations, and minorities coexist together under one umbrella - one sky. The project fortified the democratic principles of partner school students. It proved that even so demanding but up-to-date topics could be advanced in cooperation with different institutions and organizations, not to mention the open and panel discussions debate clubs in the international background of teachers and students. The project outcomes, such as the website, educational materials, implementation of new methods into Civics and, History and Foreign Languages or establishment of non-formal debate clubs at the partner school, will be a sustainable asset.
