Our Project contained topics that; the reasons of leaving from old country and live another countries, cultural and socioeconomic problems that refugees face in new country, the local people’s perspective about situation in the country that take refugees and the government policy about refugees. Our project aims and objectives were; • to raise awareness and increase knowledge of youth workers about situation of refugees, • to work for raise social awareness about how to contribute the process of adaptation of refugees, • to investigate the problem that refugee community whose became minority in the receiving country live, • to contribute including the refugees educational and socio-economic life, • to set a course for raise active citizenship consciousness of refugees and find the ways that how can youth workers contribute on this topic, • to understand the perspective of local people’s about refugees and situation, • to contribute to understand the perspective of media and effect of media on society about the topic, • to investigate how can break the prejudice of society about refugees and to find solution offers, • to analyze the previous good project examples and their process, • to find new solution offers about topic, • to support the youth workers to understand situation of their country about refugee problem and to find new project ideas that can contribute solve refugee problem, • to make dissemination activities to raise social awareness at all segments of society about this important and current issue for EU.
