The aim of the project “Rainbow Corps” was to build capacity for LGBT youth organisations for running an ESC project (mainly volunteering) and to provide new opportunities to marginalised LGBT youth through raising awareness about ESC among LGBT youth organisations, the development of new ESC projects and networks of potential partner Organisations. Our objectives were: To increase knowledge about ESC (Quality Label, project cycle) To provide competences for hosting ESC volunteers with specific focus on LGBT youth To teach participants how to develop quality ESC project as a tool of learning and development To provide competences for supporting the development and learning process of marginalised LGBT youth (with the help of Youthpass) To create a network of organisations that can create projects that target marginalised LGBT youth
