Regarding the number of students with special education needs ( both students with learning difficulties and disabilities, and those who are gifted) ,we decided to enhance the competences of our teachers and staff to meet their needs.In the swot analysis of the project ,it was found out that only 4 teachers of our school had received a training about special needs students.Therefore, we decided to get training courses on this topics in order to gain new skills our teachers.This will help our staff deal with special needs students in our school in all phases ; diagnosing the the special needs students, developing curriculum for them and running a special education for them. We want to be become a school that can meet the need s of different profile students in our school.Nowadays, the term inclusive school refers to ability to provide education to all kind of students.In the past, we ignored the students with learning disabilities while we could not he gifted students develop their skills.After this project , we believe that we will be able to meet the needs of all kinds of profile of students.
We had two main objectives in our project prior to start of the project.They were internationalization of the school and enhancing the quality of education in our institution.We aimed at enhancing the quality of education by enhancing the skills and competences of our teaching staff and management staff.We believe that we should keep up with developments and changes in the education world.Therefore, keeping the motivation of teachers fresh is crucial for development and capacity building of our school.Attending different trainning courses will help our staff to improve their vocational competences which will lead the enhancement of the quality of the education in our school. We also believe that we need to become internationalized in order to keep up with the new developments in education in the world.Running EU projects is the best and shortest way of internationalization for schools such as ours because we do not have own budget in our schools to run such international projects. Then ,the specific aim of the project was to train our staff about ''the education of special needs students '' and '' the education gifted students'' to become a more inclusive school.
