The goals we aim to achieve by implementing the project: -Reducing the cases of students referred to the disciplinary committee at school by 50% in the next 3 years -As a school, to increase the satisfaction rate of the students with the management of the school to 90% in the next 3 years. -To increase the satisfaction rate of parents about the school over 90% on the basis of management -To increase the satisfaction rate of teachers with the management of the school to 90%
Our project titled "Providing Negotiation and Mediation Skills to Education Staff for Peaceful School Atmosphere" is a School Education staff mobility project submitted by our school Yamantürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in the Erasmus+ call period of 2020, which was accepted and entitled to receive a grant. While it was expected to be completed in 2021 under normal conditions, the time extension was taken due to the Covid-19 pandemic and ended on 31.12.2022. Mobility activity, which is the main activity in our project, was carried out between 20 June 2022 and 3 July 2022, including travel days. The main reasons for our application to this project were determined as follows: - Increasing the negotiation and mediation competencies of our staff - By clearing the school environment from human-oriented conflicts, creating a more peaceful and human nature-friendly study and education/training atmosphere - Increasing the visibility and experience of our school in international studies Increasing the number of personnel with international experience
