The starting point of this project is the adoption of new approaches and methods in foreign language teaching by teachers working in our province and the desire to increase foreign language teaching to the targeted level. With the project application, we aimed to provide our teachers with gains in various subjects. The most important of these was to convey the awareness and benefits of Erasmus+ programs to wider audiences. Another of the most important goals we wanted to achieve with our project was to internalize the Common European Framework of Languages and to encourage our students and colleagues to learn a foreign language. Foreign language teaching techniques and methods, the importance of foreign language in extracurricular activities, foreign language teaching with drama and role-playing, the contribution of web 2.0 tools to foreign language teaching, the role and effects of social media in language teaching, material development and development suitable for age and level in foreign language teaching. It is aimed to realize various gains and outputs such as Through the realization of all these goals, we expected our teachers, who were trained within the scope of our project, to influence their colleagues and students with a more effective and more positive attitude.
The results of the Executive Academy Project, which has been carried out by our Directorate for 2 years, have been analyzed and the "Foreign Language and Mobility Activities", which are at least more than the education activities carried out afterwards, have also been examined, and the lowest average on a provincial basis continues to belong to foreign language and mobility management. The fact that the observations of the foreign language teaching method and in-service trainings opened by the Ministry are insufficient, the language teachers participating in these trainings from our province have low degrees and the previous level of the teacher who has at least a C level certificate by participating in national and international exams is the final result of this project by our R&D unit. The reasons for preparing this commitment as a consortium; It has been requested that foreign language education should concern all teachers and thus and the result, that an uplift movement in the field of language education should be initiated in European standards, that the importance of foreign language education should be differentiated massively, that a province-wide Erasmus+ project should be launched. The ultimate goal has been to increase the skills of our foreign language teachers and ensure that they receive a more efficient education in the principles.
