-Preventing Early School Leaving - By raising the awareness of parents who do seasonal work, ensuring that they send their children to school instead of working in agricultural labor. -Reducing the rate of being late to class - Increasing academic success -Ensuring teachers use the right methods and techniques in ESL prevention - Increasing the awareness of education awareness in our district -Making lessons interesting -It is updating the District MEM Strategic Plan in the light of project outputs and activities. It is aimed to eliminate the "Robotic Coding" method, which has been a solution to the ESL problem mentioned in these main fields of activity by 95% in EU countries, by adapting it to our district and to prevent ESL.
The first agenda item in the Annual Evaluation Meeting we held with the School Principals of 21 high schools in our district for 3 years was prevention of early school leaving. On the occasion of the school principals of our district, in our district and in our schools; -Home Visits -Reading Awareness Seminar -Educational Awareness Activities -Although studies such as scholarship opportunities have been made, the problem has not been resolved and has even grown. Thereupon, at the 2019-2020 Beginning of the Year Evaluation Meeting, it was decided to determine the pilot schools that would reflect the sample of our district, and to carry out ESL preventive studies here and to adapt the method deemed valid to all schools. According to the e-okul District M.E.M database statistics, the first 5 schools with the highest ESL ratio were determined as pilot schools and a project application was designed.
