We have made it our main goal to ensure that all our teachers, who are practitioners throughout Turkey, benefit from it and thus to make an impact in the national arena and to realize the vision of our Ministry "Happy Children, Strong Turkey". Based on the results of the needs analysis survey and our observations that we have applied to determine the needs of our model, to train teachers who will highlight the student's talents, enable them to discover themselves, respect, love and cooperation through individual games and group work, encourage critical thinking, bring qualitative evaluations to the forefront, respect the past and look to the future with hope, and raise happy children in school in parallel with the mission of our institution. In line with the objective of "Making appropriate designs to make the school environment attractive for students" in our Strategic Plan, we aimed to observe the system in Denmark, where the schooling rate is 99%, to take measures to prevent school leaving, to learn different techniques that will make lessons more efficient, to improve children's creativity and exploration skills, and to develop critical thinking skills.
In EU2020 Strategic Targets its emphasized to ensure that people have access to quality education and at all levels and adapt to today's information society;There are similar goals in our instution's strategic plan,whose vision is "To raise happy children producing with innovative applications,who are trust oriented".Our goal is to develop consciousness and awareness that will awaken children to the present and prepare for future,which our Ministry emphasizes in the 2023 Education Vision Document.We care about cognitive, emotional and physical multidimensional development of children and we have been implementing the Hârezmî Edu. Model for 5 years to have a domestic education model that children can produce and be active practitioner. We follow the knowledge and skills,methods and techniques required by our age,the developments related to education in the international arena and we have the opportunity to develop our model by taking innovations that may be useful to our students and shaping them according to our own values and needs.So we have established our consortium for our teachers to receive Student-Centered Learning and 21st Century Skills,Intelligent Assessment and Evaluation,Game-Based Learning and Gamification trainings.
