We aimed to eliminate our institutional deficiency in integrating the skills demanded in the workforce into our curriculum in order to bring the sector-vocational education convergence of our institution, and to increase their employability by raising individuals who are compatible with the skills demanded by the labor market. We wanted to increase the reference resources with the Europass mobility certificate that our students will receive as a result of their European internship. Thus, we aimed to increase our employment rate by 20% on a yearly basis, thanks to the qualifications our students will acquire in the short term. Our participants; We aimed to learn new information and technologies and develop manual skills through vocational internships with the content of "health care practices in dementia and Alzheimer's patients." Within this framework, we aimed to develop a positive perspective towards vocational education and school, and accordingly, to reduce the rate of early school leaving by 10% on a yearly basis.
