Background

With the effect of being a tourism city, there are many accommodation facilities in our city. However, it is a disadvantage that there are insufficiently trained personnel mainly in the tourism sector due to the lack of sufficient number of trained personnel to meet the personnel needs of these facilities and the desire of hotels to employ cheap labor force. The food and beverage services department of hotels and businesses in our city is one of the most active, lively and lively departments. With this project, for which we have submitted the proposal, it is aimed to improve the professional skills of our beneficiaries, who are receiving basic vocational training in the field of tourism, in the field of food and beverage services, to increase their employability in the labor market and to support the qualified personnel needs of the enterprises.
