By having our apprentice students do their internship abroad with this project; - Increasing professional knowledge, skills and competencies at the international level - Contributing to the personal development of our apprentices - To enable them to see the employment opportunities and conditions in the EU countries on the spot - To feel that their professional skills have universal validity - Helping to increase their self-confidence - Creating a corporate project culture - to ensure that our participants are individuals who can adapt to innovation and change - Gaining teamwork experience - Developing foreign language skills - Recognizing different cultures and creating awareness of European citizenship - Our project was prepared and implemented in order to develop the skills of healthy communication with the people around.
Although Aydın Efeler Vocational Education Center is a well-established school, the lack of an implemented Erasmus+ project was felt as an institutional deficiency. We applied to this project in order to contribute to the personal and professional development of our students in the field of food and beverage by providing internship opportunities abroad with the work of our teachers who took an active role in the preparation and implementation stages of Erasmus+ projects. and to create a corporate project culture. Thus, we aimed to create a project culture in our school. In the 2020 application period, a school education and a youth mobility project, along with our vocational education mobility project, were awarded a grant. Thus, the students and teachers of our school were introduced to the erasmus+ projects. In the field of food and beverage services, our students have had the opportunity to do internships abroad and have achieved numerous gains.
