Our project is primarily aimed at using the technological innovations in their fields at the end of their internships, adapting to teamwork, to be conscious of the importance of language, to have creativity and problem-solving skills, to be able to communicate effectively, to be able to such as adopting the learning principle, making the right decision, taking responsibility in the production of quality products and services. It aims to gain important qualifications and to leave the Antakya/Hatay region where our students are oppressed by their families and social environment due to traditions, where they pay the price of being a daughter mostly with early marriage, and where they have to leave school for 3 weeks. Perhaps for the first time, thanks to the time they will spend in Europe, they feel that they are individuals and that they are in a different world. To see them realize their responsibilities towards themselves and their future. our students' self-confidence will increase, their vision will expand, and our students will develop their own future. We wanted to make them realize that they can save them.
We currently have 710 students in our school, 26 11th grade and 12 11th grade students when we started the 2019-2020 academic year. Our 10th grade student had to repeat the grade, 47 of our students, 35 of whom were girls, dropped out of school.51 Our student started the education period late and fell behind in classes because their families were seasonal workers. our students get to know their profession, they are employed as qualified employees in their fields, their school and It is very important for them to adopt their education and to understand that vocational education promises them a good career and future. We applied for the purpose of being a starting point and contributing to the strengthening of the integration of our Syrian students to our school. In addition to our participating students, other students at our school will expand their professional horizons and increase their motivation for self-development by taking advantage of European opportunities. In addition, our project will improve the qualifications of the staff of our school, which is lacking in terms of institutional capacity and the efficiency of vocational education. to develop the skills of making an in-school work plan and working in team solidarity, It is also aimed to pave the way for making efficient-successful applications and raising qualified graduates demanded by the business world.
