Our district directorate is located in Hınıs district, 180 km from Erzurum. Contrary to the schools in western provinces, our schools, which try to continue their services in a small and remote district, have various problems arising from the region we are in. At the beginning of these; - Inadequate physical and technical equipment of our schools, inadequacy of workshops in vocational high schools, - Difficulty finding an internship institution to gain real work experience, -There are very few and limited social and cultural activities for students and teachers in our district, -Vocational high schools are preferred by students with low academic success and the importance given to foreign language is low - Lack of interest of students in their professions -The unemployment problem of our graduates from the vocational field and the low rate of university placement -The financial situation of the students is insufficient. There are 3 vocational high schools affiliated to our institution in our district. Our project was created with a consortium structure that includes these high schools and an application was made in order to contribute to the increase of the qualifications of all vocational education institutions in our district.
