The successful implementation of VET mobility within the European Union allows for the modernization and increase of the level of competence and competence of students in VET in the field of tourism, hotels and restaurants in accordance with contemporary European standards. Students' performance is influenced by the models, the methods applied, the teaching environment, the assessment of knowledge, their personal skills and the competences of their teachers. The project will be built on experiential learning, the use of methods, techniques and tools that will activate students instead of teaching methods and traditional forms, which are often considered boring by students, and will provide the opportunity to train in a real working environment. The main priority of this project is to promote tourism with real applications in Italy, a highly touristized country. Students will gain professional professional experience through direct contact with professionals in the field.
Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools Students studying in the field of tourism and hotel management in classrooms and workshops during the year and gain professional interest, skills, attitudes and behaviors by doing their skills training in enterprises. However, when they go to the enterprises, globalization and innovations made in the field accordingly or seeing the applications made in the European Union on site, providing a competitive environment with their peers and returning as experienced, developing language skills in the job markets, experience gained from different countries and practices in their professional experience will provide great advantages to our young people. While the personnel employed in the sector are trying to serve the customer, the business aims to provide a certain standard and quality of service to the customer with the existing personnel. Entering the international tourism market, where there is a particularly fierce competitive environment in tourism enterprises, with standard and quality service, depends on the existence of skilled and sufficient personnel as well as a tourism awareness at the community level, and this goal depends on education and training. With this project, we want to put our successful students in the same position as their European peers, to provide equal opportunities and to be included in the European development plan, especially by including female students in the project. Our students, who gain experience in the same environment and competition as their European peers, will find a job more easily when they return to Kemer because of their European experience and they will be able to move more easily because of their experience even when they have the goal of working in Europe. An adequate level of practical training, which is appropriate to meet the needs of the country and the sector in the real business world, is not sufficiently available in the curricula in today's education system. A successful skills training in the members of the European Union allows students to upgrade their theoretical knowledge to practical skills. Fears of using a foreign language caused by students not using the foreign language they have learned effectively, the fact that European culture, knowledge and manners are not fully established, and the need to see and examine new learning methods and tools that will meet the expectations of the European labor market are among the needs of our organization. With this project, our students will learn about the traditional and contemporary It is aimed to enable our students to see the applications on site, to improve their foreign language knowledge practically and to improve their professional knowledge practically by internalizing the necessity of foreign language, to increase their knowledge and manners about EU Culture.
