With the implementation of our project, we aimed to create an environment where our students can gain experience in EU norms and carry their employment opportunities to the international level, and as a result, increase the professional quality in our country. In addition to this, we aimed to improve ourselves in EU standards thanks to the experiences we will gain with the project as an institution, and to put "how can we make vocational education more quality?" at the center of our lives by eliminating our shortcomings. We wanted our students to develop themselves by passing through a detailed professional education filter with applied education in EU quality in the fields including our project titles, and to realize the importance of lifelong learning awareness by seeing the working principles of the EU. One of the most important factors we want to achieve with our project is the professional development of our participants in EU quality. Because, unfortunately, there is a lack of visionary and innovative personnel in addition to the lack of trained personnel in our country in the fields that make up our project titles. We aimed to open a new horizon in our students and to contribute to the training of individuals with high awareness and quality in order to fill this deficiency, and the feedback we received from the students after the project shows that we have made quite a progress in this regard.
Constituting the titles of our project; We have determined that there is a need for qualified employees in the fields of Innovative Applications in Industrial Automation, Innovative Applications in Industrial Mold Manufacturing and Innovative Applications in Smart Home Systems, especially as a result of interviews with businesses in our region. While this need will be met in the short term through our students who will graduate based on this need, the quality standards of applied education will be evaluated and increased with the sustainable education mentality with our project achievements in the medium and long terms. we are planning. The main factors in the emergence of our project can be summarized as follows. However, our project participants will be able to be employed in better socio-economic conditions thanks to the achievements of our project. This will lead to an increase in the quality of life of our students, who already have low opportunities. It is aimed to develop the education practices given in the sector and educational institutions with an innovation perception in EU standards.
