We wanted to achieve the goals we set below in the project we applied for. Our project was completed successfully. All of our goals were successfully achieved. -Providing our students with an internship opportunity in a quality institution where we will achieve the learning outcomes we want and aim for in the field of health care, -Providing our students with the competencies required by their fields and certificates showing these competencies -To equip our students with the key skills required by the age -Creating professional and personal development that will enable our students to be employed in our country and in the international market. -To qualify our institution as a vocational training institution at EU standards -Ensuring cooperation and integration between vocational education and health sector -Acquiring the ability to carry out projects within the Erasmus+ Program -Developing the communication skills of our institution and our staff. -Ability to transfer innovations in health care -Creating high-level awareness about work ethics and work safety. -Taking a role in the realization of the goals attributed to vocational education in the Education 2023 vision. -Contributing to our students, families, local people and the country's economy by contributing to employment.
Our school, which is included in vocational and technical education, aims to be a leading institution in the field of health education, which ensures the training of healthy human resources with international qualifications, reflects modern education techniques to the system quickly and efficiently, contributes to the training of individuals who benefit and are responsible for their health. It trains workforce for the future with the vision of educating health personnel, the cornerstone of a new society that keeps people alive and humanely thinks healthy. As a requirement of this vision, the European Development Plan was prepared and put into practice, which will enable our students to gain the profile of a quality health worker and open the door to development and progress. Which will provide the main development for success in vocational education; practical training is given in enterprises that are fully equipped and contain the materials needed by the field. It is also a necessity for achieving this quality and for competition. The bond to be established with these enterprises will also open the door to integration between vocational training and the sector. In the MEB Strategy Document, “The education sector should cooperate with the industry and service sectors with advanced technology. These practices are implemented in many countries around the world.” This necessity is at the root of the name. Today's business world includes constant change in every field. Qualified workforce is needed to respond to this change. Competitiveness determines the balance of power in the economy. Another important component of competitiveness is qualified employment. A well-trained workforce ensures increased quality and productivity. For this reason, all sectors need a qualified workforce with advanced professional and technical knowledge. Our purpose of applying for the project: The educational activities to be carried out within the scope of our project will provide our students with the required qualifications; Our students will be able to easily join the workforce in the country with the certificates they have obtained and they will be ready for employment at the European level. It has become a necessity for our institution to acquire EU standards for our students who are preparing to become health workers in this period when our country is in question to integrate into Europe. The priorities of the Declaration of Helsinki, which is a continuation of the Copenhagen Declarations adopted in 2002 and the Maastricht Declarations adopted in 2004, are to increase the quality and attractiveness of VET, to develop and implement common tools in vocational education, to strengthen mutual learning and to involve all stakeholders in the process.
