With our project, our apprentices in the field of Beauty and Hair Care Services, in the Skin Care Branch in Europe, have manicure, Pedicure, Nail and Paraffin treatment, Massage Applications, Eyebrow coloring, Eyelash coloring, Waxing, Tattoo applications, Ear piercing, Teeth Whitening, Exfoliation, Peeling. To learn many different methods and techniques such as Dermabrasion, Electroporation, Beauty-defectrepair (bdr), In the branch of women's hairdressing, we wanted them to learn applications such as Hair cutting, Coloring, Balayage, Ombre, Hair treatment, Anti-dandruff cure, Treatment for Damaged Hair, Hair Transplantation, Joico Hair treatment, Bridal and wedding hair treatments, Hair straightening, Ionic steam treatment. In the same way, we wanted them to gain skills in hair cutting, dyeing, beard shaving, Hair treatment, Hair Transplantation, Treatment for Damaged Hair, Ionic steam treatment in the branch of men's hairdressing. In addition, we wanted to develop a communication and cooperation environment between our school and our host partners, to increase our vocational education level, to improve our quality and capacity by enriching our curriculum as a result of the project.
Our students, who continue to receive education at our school by working in an industrial environment, only provide professional development in line with the capacities of their masters and master instructors in the environment they work, and cannot develop in current and technological issues. At this point, it cannot be said that our school has caught up with the current technology and caught up with the current vocational education environment. The workshop environment of our school is equipped with devices and course materials with the technology of 25-30 years ago. Most of our teachers could not catch up with today's technology and could not renew themselves. Under these conditions, today's technological education cannot be given, and our apprentices cannot be trained with the qualifications required by the age. A project application has been made for our students to get rid of the vicious circle in their fields, to see innovative methods and techniques, to learn different hair cutting, dyeing, skin care techniques, to improve their foreign language levels, and to adopt international occupational standards in the globalizing world and raise them to European standards.
