In line with our project application goals stated above, it is aimed to enable our students to develop EU-compatible skills in information technologies, digital competencies, career management, job market knowledge and problem solving, and to provide them with an opportunity to gain insight into other business fields. What our participating students will develop before the project and during the implementation process; It is aimed to help develop a sense of responsibility, knowledge, skills and tolerance of different cultures. In addition, it is aimed to increase their knowledge and skills in the developing digital world and to help them gain new perspectives for their future plans. Our primary goals are to increase the employment opportunities of our students and to raise awareness about new professions that emerge with new technological developments.
We prepared our project plan in order to provide our students with knowledge and skills in post-production, which is a serious field of employment, to increase employment opportunities, to raise awareness about new professions emerging with new technological developments, and to create motivation for them to continue their education. In addition, our primary goal has been to provide our students with competence in finding employment and to show them how important the EU experience is, to provide them with EU culture and awareness, and to strengthen their competencies in areas such as cooperation and communication, business discipline and taking responsibility. We applied for the project in order to increase the quality of vocational education and training activities in our school and to operate institutionally in terms of vocational education at the EU level. Our primary goals are to improve our students' skills training experience at the EU level and to increase our school's capacity to operate at the EU level, management, organization and planning skills. To develop the skills of establishing intra-institutional, inter-institutional and EU-level partnerships and the EU vision in an institutional sense, and to continue the internationalization experience of our school. As a result, increasing the cooperation and motivation among our teachers and ensuring that our school is a recognized and preferred school for the education it provides in its region are among our main reasons for applying to the project.
