Our students and companions have gained a lot of important knowledge and experience about the expertise and operation from the trainers who are experts in their fields, with the practical training they receive on Medicinal and Aromatic Plants abroad. By transferring their knowledge and experience to our school; Our current education system and functioning were reviewed, the necessary points were revised and our education system was updated. In this way, since we have a module-based education, we develop the content of these modules, focus on the channels of specialization, improve the English content given in the courses, integrate international standards in internship practices, increase professional qualifications, bring modern techniques and applications to our school, especially on Medicinal and Aromatic Plants. Efforts to include more detailed information have been started. In addition, the fact that many businesses in our region work with Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, and despite this, the absence of such an application in our school has enabled our students to gain experience abroad on this subject.
While our project is being prepared, our school has various needs in terms of cooperation with our institution. These needs are generally; Although we are very close to one of the world's largest metropolises such as Istanbul, it was due to being stuck in our own neighborhood, Silivri, and not being able to establish continuous cooperation and communication with businesses and other institutions. Although our school is in a better position in terms of opportunities and technical competence compared to other vocational education institutions in our country, there is always a need to work with other institutions and in cooperation with them. Depending on this deficiency, our institution's cooperation capacity, management functioning, management understanding and personnel competence should be increased to higher levels. Because one of the most important goals of our school is to be an institution that provides agricultural education worldwide, not nationwide. Therefore, due to the fact that our institution is new and valid roadmaps have not yet been found, the international dimension cannot be brought to our school, articles and internet research are insufficient to catch up with the era, and difficulties are encountered in reaching technology and contemporary understandings that are developing exponentially day by day. In this context, our project has been prepared.
