Objectives

We wanted our students to get to know the way of working in the field of working experience in a business operating abroad related to their profession, and to develop themselves in a multi-faceted way by analyzing the way things are carried out. Opportunity to examine different business environments and self-development will be provided. In addition, we wanted our students to have the opportunity to examine the European Union working order and transfer it to their lives. By making comparisons between European Union countries and our country in terms of working conditions, we aimed to make them aware of the similarities and differences in cultural and technical points and to be equipped with good gains.

Background

It is planned that our students of Motor Vehicles Technology, Electrical-Electronics Technology, Furniture and Interior Design and Metal Technology, whose contribution to employment and industry are the most in our school, can see and examine how their professions carry out their activities abroad and make comparisons about the way they are carried out in our country. Afterwards, project planning was made in order for them to apply their good achievements in the Karaman industry and to set an example for their environment. We decided to carry out our project in Germany and Austria for students to develop language and learn the concept of EU citizenship in a European country.
