We wanted to achieve the following goals by implementing our project: - To learn the EU content of vocational education practices and the general functioning of the enterprises, - To gain qualifications that will enable vocational education personnel to transfer the practical good practices of vocational education to the education system of our country in their internship studies in European countries, - To facilitate the transition of graduates to the labor market by increasing the quality of basic vocational education in our country, - To bring the employability of graduates to international qualifications through an education that knows the EU practices in the sector and includes them in the education system, - With colleagues and industry representatives in Europe for both our student and staff participants to create a collaborative environment, - To improve the foreign language skills of our student and staff participants, - To increase the project preparation and implementation experiences of other national education institutions in our region, especially our consortium member schools.
As Eyüpsultan District Directorate of National Education, we are a local public institution that continues its activities to serve 64,967 students in total with 134 schools. Employers' satisfaction rate with our graduates is 74% in the workplaces where students who graduated from vocational schools within our organization work, and 1 out of every 4 graduates is not considered sufficient in the workplace. This shows that our direct vocational training does not fully meet the needs of workplaces. In the consortium we have established in order to achieve these goals in our Strategic Plan; - Maresal Fevzi Çakmak Multi-Program Anatolian High School, - Eyüpsultan İMKB Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School - Kemerburgaz Halis Kutmangil Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. While determining these schools; attention was paid to the fact that they have accounting - finance departments. Financial assistants who understand financial management and can provide a bridge between the finance unit and management; It will take on extremely critical roles in a period when businesses evolve rapidly and companies that cannot keep up with change are rapidly approaching the end.
