1-Training and on-the-job observation activities in the field of Energy efficiency and Industry 4.0 in EU countries, raising individuals who strengthen them with more knowledgeable and equipped vocational training; thus contributing to the timely, correct and efficient use of Energy efficiency and Industry 4.0 applications in our country, 2- Strengthening the ties between the education, business world, research and innovation sectors in the field of innovation, increasing the quality of cooperation, 3- Contributing to "Smart, sustainable and inclusive growth" within the scope of the European strategy, 4-Our school aims to increase the overseas experience of vocational teachers and students. 5- To develop by promoting equality, social solidarity, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, 6- Developing the principle of equality by eliminating individual differences, increasing the awareness of Europeanization, corporate culture and environmentalism, We planned to develop this project by implementing it.
In our rapidly developing world, the increasing importance of cooperation in education attaches vital importance to the change of education and human resources in the 21st century, which is defined as the information age with scientific and technological advances and revolutionary transformations in progress. In the development strategies prepared at national and international level, based on cooperation for development in the EU and EU candidate countries, it is emphasized that education, educated people, increasing the quality of education will bring along the growth of qualified workforce and development. For this reason, we have prepared our project to strengthen our institutional capacity and to develop vocational education in line with the goals we have stated below. 1- Ensuring efficient use of resources 2- To ensure that our young people, who are on the move in the fields of education, vocational training and lifelong learning, can adapt to global transformations and increase employment opportunities. 3- Educators' on-the-job training and gaining experience in the fields of application that use numerical and digital skills effectively and contribute to employment, 4- Increasing the quality of vocational education and training and ensuring the development of foreign language proficiency, 5- To promote equality, social solidarity, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, 6- Europeanization, Institutional culture and the formation of environmental awareness, 7- We applied to this project in order to train entrepreneurial and innovative young people and to provide international cooperation.
