Background

Since our institution is a guidance and research center, it serves almost every segment of the society. In this context, our institution is responsible for the planning, presentation, coordination of guidance and psychological counseling services and special education services in the district of Sincan, and the execution of activities for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating the services provided. The fact that the local society residing in Xinjiang has a very low profile in terms of education and socioeconomic levels, and that Xinjiang is a very large district in terms of population density, increases the responsibility of our institution considerably. In addition to the Turkish population, the density of the immigrant and refugee population also increases public responsibility. Our project, which was created and implemented in line with the needs determined in this context, met the needs of our institution to a great extent.
